He has presented numerous oral arguments before the NJ and NY State and Federal Appellate Courts including the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Jim was the lead defense attorney in the 2007 Giants Stadium escalator collapse. He recently obtained a $5.5 million settlement on behalf of a construction worker injured on a large NYC construction site. He successfully represented a minor in NY State Court who was exposed to lead in a NYC Housing Authority complex.

He also recently obtained a high six-figure settlement for a client injured on an industrial blower machine. He also recently obtained a high six-figure verdict in Manhattan against the New Jersey Transit Bus Company. And most recently obtained a six-figure verdict for a client who was injured in a car accident.
