PIP Arbitration Attorney Nicholas M. Catania, Esq.

Nick Catania is a PIP Arbitration Attorney for Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq.

He focuses on arbitrating insurer denials during the course of a patient’s treatment, making sure a patient’s bills are paid for medically necessary treatment. It is important for a patient, who sustained an injury, to have their treatment paid for by the appropriate insurer throughout the course of their personal injury case. When someone is injured, they should be focused on recovering, not how they are going to pay their medical bills. Nick helps make that happen.

Nick’s empathy and strong motivation to do what’s right makes him a fierce advocate for our Clients. Nick fights to ensure that patients are able to get the treatment they need to recover from their injuries.

Prior to joining GGL, Nick was an attorney at numerous firms in Monmouth and Middlesex Counties. He also has worked at law firms all along the East Coast, including in Florida and New York City.
