Workers’ Compensation Attorney Thomas J. Wehner, Esq.
I specialize in construction accident and workplace safety cases, having represented many ironworkers, rod setters, roofers and carpenters and their families. I successfully helped to make new law in Pennsylvania with respect to requiring physical therapists to follow orders on a PT prescription without deviation until they consult with the prescribing doctor akin to the duties of a pharmacist.
I worked as a roofer to put myself through college and law school. This gives me a good perspective on the challenges working men and women face in the workplace, especially with demanding physical jobs.
I have been partners with several of the best trial lawyers in the country, a number of which have been Chancellors of the Bar, leaders of the fight to make legislation which protects working people and a federal court judge.
