Jim was the lead defense attorney in the 2007 Giants Stadium escalator collapse. He recently obtained a $5.5 million settlement on behalf of a construction worker injured on a large NYC construction site. He successfully represented a minor in NY State Court who was exposed to lead in a NYC Housing Authority complex.

He also recently obtained a high six-figure settlement for a client injured on an industrial blower machine. He also recently obtained a high six-figure verdict in Manhattan against the New Jersey Transit Bus Company. And most recently obtained a six-figure verdict for a client who was injured in a car accident.
