Franklin Twp, NJ – One Killed In Three-Vehicle Wreck on Hogback Rd

Franklin Twp., NJ (August 24, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident reported in Franklin Township claimed one person’s life. Authorities were called to the scene of the accident early Thursday morning, August 22.

Police reports show that three vehicles collided on Hogback Road, Route 617. Authorities arrived at the scene at around 7:30 a.m. and immediately shut down the roadway near Lower Lansdown Road. A passenger involved in the accident was pronounced deceased by authorities. Three additional victims were injured and rushed to area hospitals. Two drivers were treated at the scene for injuries. At this time, the Franklin Township Police Department is investigating.
