
Personal Injury Attorney Rachel K. Strieber, Esq.
Rachel K. Strieber, Esq. began her legal career in Chicago, Illinois, representing plaintiffs in personal injury, workers’ compensation, and medical malpractice cases. She now focuses her practice on advocating for injured individuals across New Jersey, where she proudly serves the community she once called home.
Prior to law school, she graduated Summa Cum Laude (4.0 GPA) with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and cognate in Spanish from the University of South Carolina Honors College.
Rachel graduated law school Order of the Coif, ranked within the top 10 students in her graduating law class at DePaul University College of Law. She received numerous CALI Awards for earning the highest grade in courses including Secured Transactions, Criminal Procedure, Civil Litigation Drafting, Litigation Laboratory Practicum, and Legal Research & Writing.
While in law school, Rachel served as Symposium Editor of DePaul Law Review, and her article regarding EPA regulation of toxic torts was published in Volume 73, Issue 4. She also served as a tour guide for the Office of Admissions, a teaching assistant for a legal research & writing course, a Student Bar Association mentor, and President of a student organization. Rachel obtained multiple scholarships and awards including the Dean’s Certificate of Service, Dean’s Scholarship Award, and Student Leadership Certificate.
Rachel passed the Illinois bar exam with a score high enough to practice in all 41 UBE jurisdictions. She is now licensed in both New Jersey and Illinois.
Rachel is actively involved in the legal community, having served as chair and committee member for several bar associations, including those supporting women in law. She also volunteers as a Certified Wish Granter for Make-A-Wish , helping bring hope and joy to children with critical illnesses. Outside of work, she loves watching hockey, listening to The Beatles, and spending time with her family and Dalmatian.
