That year, 220 pedestrian fatalities were reported on the state’s roads, making up nearly 30 percent of reported roadway death in total. Pedestrians are not designed to withstand the full impact of a serious crash, and that is why it is even more important that you have a trained attorney on your side as you pursue a claim for compensation.
