Springfield, NJ – Motorcyclist Loses Life in Car Crash on Route 206 near County Rd 670

Springfield, NJ (June 22, 2023) – A motorcycle accident took place in Burlington County on Tuesday that claimed one person’s life.

At around 5:00 p.m. on June 20, calls for assistance were received regarding a crash that occurred on Route 206.

Reports from the New Jersey State Police show that a motorcycle and an SUV collided on Route 206 in the area of County Road 670 during the evening hours. The incident prompted officials to close off a portion of the roadway as they provided assistance.

The driver of the SUV, a 70-year-old woman, was provided care for injuries that she suffered due to the crash.

The motorcyclist, a 24-year-old, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased.

At this time, the state police are investigating the accident.
