Auto Accidents in New Jersey

Every single day in New Jersey, life-altering auto accidents occur, leaving victims with lasting consequences. These accidents, resulting from negligence, tragically impact numerous innocent individuals. It is devastating to witness the countless serious injuries suffered by people in our state due to negligent automobile accidents. Some of the primary causes of car accidents throughout our state include:

  • Speeding: Drivers who fail to adhere to safe speeds put others at risk. Speeding increases the likelihood of losing control, drifting into nearby lanes, and being unable to stop in time to avoid collisions with vehicles ahead.
  • Impairment: Drivers who operate vehicles under the influence of drugs or alcohol endanger everyone on the road. Impaired drivers are unable to safely operate their vehicles, increasing the chances of losing control and causing accidents that harm others.
  • Distractions: Unfortunately, our state experiences a significant number of accidents caused by drivers using cell phones or being distracted by other means. These distractions take drivers’ attention from the road, leading to accidents that harm unsuspecting victims.

If you have suffered serious injuries due to another driver’s negligent or careless actions, it is crucial to take prompt legal action. Seeking the guidance of a car accident lawyer in New Jersey can help you pursue the financial compensation necessary to cover your medical expenses and more.
