Mr. Gagnon is a life-long resident of New Jersey and a board-certified Civil Trial Attorney with well over a decade of experience in personal injury litigation.

Mr. Gagnon initially began his legal career at a well-known regional defense firm defending professional malpractice matters. However, he quickly realized that he would rather fight for the rights of injured individuals than defend big corporations and insurance companies. So in 2010 he switched sides and joined a prestigious North Jersey plaintiffs firm, where he worked on high-profile products liability, class action, and medical malpractice matters.
