
Personal Injury Attorney David A. Giaro, Esq.
Mr. Giaro was raised in Brooklyn, New York, in a predominantly working-class neighborhood. From an early age, he witnessed firsthand the injustices faced by individuals who lacked access to legal knowledge and competent representation. These formative experiences inspired him to pursue a legal education and dedicate his career to the practice of law. Motivated by a deep commitment to justice, Mr. Giaro strives to provide skilled and compassionate advocacy for individuals during their most vulnerable moments. During law school and following graduation, Mr. Giaro gained valuable experience through internships with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights, where he assisted in handling cases involving workplace harassment and discrimination. He was also selected as a LaunchPad for Justice Fellow with the New York State Court Access to Justice Program, through which he provided legal representation to indigent clients in Kings County Housing Court. He is proficient in the Polish language.
