Newark, NJ – Two Hurt in Multi-Vehicle Crash at Lyons Ave & Leslie St
Newark, NJ (June 13, 2024) – Two people were injured after a pileup collision in the Newark area on Tuesday, June 11. The accident was reported at the intersection of Lyons Avenue and Leslie Street around 10:59 a.m. Four vehicles were reportedly involved in the collision.
Local reports revealed that one of the vehicles involved was parked during the crash, and the impact caused it to be pushed against a closed gate at an unoccupied commercial property. Two people involved in the crash were transported by ambulance to the University Hospital for the treatment of sustained injuries. All drivers in the accident remained at the scene and cooperated with responding officials. No further information on the incident is currently available.
