New Brunswick, NJ – Driver Killed In Two-Car Crash On US-1
New Brunswick, NJ (March 7, 2024) – Early on Wednesday, March 6, a driver was killed following a two-vehicle collision in the New Brunswick area. The fatal crash occurred on US-1 just south of the Goodkind Bridge at around 7:45 a.m. An Infiniti and a Ford pickup truck reportedly collided at the scene.
Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to render aid to the involved parties. The driver of the pickup suffered fatal injuries. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
The circumstances leading to the collision have not yet been determined. The identity of the deceased party has been withheld. No further injuries have been reported at this time. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the collision is being managed by local law enforcement officials, and more updates will be provides as it continues.
