Fair Lawn, NJ – One Injured in Truck Crash on Route 208 near Morlot Ave

Fair Lawn, NJ (May 4, 2023) – One person was hospitalized as a result of a truck collision that took place in the fair lawn area early Monday morning, May 1.

Just after 2:00 a.m., the police and firefighters were called to the scene of a crash that occurred on Route 208.

Reports from the police indicate that a Honda Accord and a Kenworth 310 cab collided on Route 208 just south of Morlot Avenue. The incident prompted officials to shut down a portion of the roadway as they worked to provide assistance.

One person involved in the accident, identified as a 32-year-old woman, suffered injuries in the crash. She was transported by Fair Lawn Volunteer Ambulance Corps to Hackensack University Medical Center for emergency medical treatment.

At this time, the police in Fair Lawn are investigating the incident.
