Brick, NJ – Injuries in Collision at Maple Ave & S Lake Dr
Brick NJ (June 14, 2024) – There were reported injuries after a car accident in the Brick area on Thursday, June 13. The crash was reported that afternoon, around 1:19 p.m., at the corner of Maple Avenue and S. Lake Drive. All lanes were closed while emergency crews were present.
Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to provide aid to the involved parties. At least one person involved in the crash was hurt, but the severity and number of the resulting injuries have not been determined at this time. The injured parties were later transported to the local hospital by ambulance for further support. The area was later reopened after emergency units were able to clear the resulting wreckage and other debris. No further information on the accident is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
