Tewksbury, NJ – 11 Hurt After Tree Falls on School Bus at Fairmont Rd E
Tewksbury, NJ (March 24, 2025) – Several were injured after an incident involving a school bus in the Tewksbury area on Friday, March 21. The accident took place early that morning at the intersection of Fairmont Road East and Addison Drive, as ten students and a driver were traveling in the bus. For unknown reasons, a large tree fell onto the vehicle.
Sanitation workers were present at the scene and were able to help with the rescue. The workers pulled the door open and helped the kids exit the bus. Emergency crews were later dispatched to provide support to the involved parties. The ten students and driver were transported to a local hospital for additional treatment. No further information on the incident is currently available.
