Who Is Muhammad Noori?

Noori’s boxing journey began after joining Title Boxing Club in Metuchen, NJ, at age 15. What started as a way to lose weight soon became a calling. After losing his first four fights and training through the isolation of the pandemic, he found a new coach and a new path. Since turning professional, he’s been gaining momentum with every round.

Today, Noori also coaches youth at Semper Fit Boxing Gym in Freehold, working with kids ages 8 to 20. “Giving back to the local community means a lot to me,” he says. “I help them with technique, confidence, and commitment—just like I was helped when I started. For Noori, giving back isn’t an obligation; it’s part of who he is.

“Everything started in Jersey for me—my education, my career, and my growth. I now live and train in Freehold, and even though I’ve only been here for less than a year, I know I’m going to stay in this state forever”, Noori explains.

More Than a Partnership

This partnership is about more than logos or sponsorships—it’s about supporting someone who represents something greater than themselves. Noori’s resilience embodies the values of GGL. Despite losing his first four fights, training alone during the pandemic, and coming back stronger, Noori’s determination and discipline shine through.

“GGL fights for justice in the courtroom the same way I fight in the ring,” says Noori. “They work hard, they prepare, and they don’t back down. That mindset mirrors mine.”

That’s also why GGL is sponsoring the upcoming Semper Fit youth boxing event this August, where Noori serves as a coach and mentor. It’s a full-circle effort—supporting the fighter, the gym, and the next generation of boxers coming up through the same New Jersey communities that GGL proudly serves.

Standing for Jersey, Standing for More

Muhammad Noori’s rise is no accident. It’s the result of relentless work, deep roots, and a mindset built to endure. From the big stage in Atlantic City to the training floor at Semper Fit, Noori is showing what it means to fight with purpose. GGL is honored to stand in his corner.

As for his upcoming fight, Noori says, “Fans can expect fireworks—back-to-back action. I’ve been training hard, and God willing, I plan to showcase all the work I’ve put in. I’m excited to put on a show for everyone.”
