Union, NJ – Three Hurt in Head-on Crash at Morris Ave & Green Ln
Union, NJ (May 30, 2025) – On Thursday, May 29, there were multiple confirmed injuries after a two-vehicle collision in the Union area. The accident took place at the corner of Morris Avenue and Green Lane near Kean University early that morning at around 6:22 a.m. Local reports revealed that a red Acura MDX was traveling east on Morris Avenue as it gradually entered westbound traffic and collided head-on with a red Volkswagen Jetta.
One person was traveling in the Acura, while there were two occupants on the Volkswagen. Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to the scene to provide the necessary aid. All three victims were hurt and transported to a local hospital for treatment. A front-seat passenger in the Jetta was listed in critical condition. The area was temporarily closed while local authorities were present. The identities of the victims have been withheld.
