What Can Cause a Rollover Crash in Hope Township, NJ?Two-Vehicle Rollover Crash Reported on I-80 W

A rollover involving two vehicles is sometimes caused by a combination of speed, a sudden steering correction, or a side-impact collision severe enough to flip both cars.

Rollover crashes tend to produce more serious injuries than standard collisions because of the repeated force involved as a vehicle flips. This can result in spinal injuries, head trauma, or fractures.

Because both vehicles overturned, reconstructing exactly how the crash unfolded may require examining data from each vehicle’s onboard systems along with damage patterns. A New Jersey car accident lawyer can help ensure that data and physical evidence from both cars are preserved before repairs or salvage occur, since New Jersey’s modified comparative negligence rule means fault determinations can directly affect what a person can recover.

At Garces, Grabler & Lebrocq, we are available to help anyone hurt in a crash figure out how New Jersey’s fault rules might apply to their situation.
