Pennsauken, NJ – Two Killed in Fire at Home on 48th St

Pennsauken, NJ (July 6, 2025) – On Friday, July 4, two people were killed after a residential fire in Pennsauken. The deadly incident was reported at a home on the 1600 block of 48th Street in Camden County late that night at around 11:30 p.m. Two people were reportedly killed in the blaze.
It was later revealed that the victims were a man and woman who were trapped on the second floor. Two other parties were able to escape to the first floor. The cause of the fire has not yet been revealed, and the identities of the involved parties have been withheld. No further information on the deadly blaze is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the incident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
