Manchester, NJ - Motorcyclist Dies in Collision on Rte 37

Manchester, NJ (April 22, 2025) – On Saturday, April 19, a motorcyclist was killed after a two-vehicle crash in Manchester. The fatal accident took place on Route 37 that afternoon at around 3:30 p.m. Local reports revealed that 24-year-old William Swiderski was traveling westbound on the roadway when his red 2007 Honda CBR collided with a 2020 Honda Accord.

The impact caused the motorcycle to burst into flames, and the rider was ejected nearly 140 feet onto the eastbound shoulder. Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to the scene, and the rider and driver were both transported by ambulance to Community Medical Center in Toms River for treatment. It was revealed that speed and failure to obey a traffic signal were involved in the impact. It is unknown which driver caused the crash at this time.
