Left-Turn Wreck Leaves Motorcyclist Hurt on Parsonage Rd in Edison, NJ
Edison, NJ (September 9, 2026) – A motorcycle crash on Parsonage Road, near Menlo Park Mall Drive, left a 31-year-old rider critically injured on Monday, September 7. The collision happened at about 1:32 p.m.
According to an initial investigation, a 2023 Kia Sportage was traveling north on Parsonage Road and turning left into the mall on a yellow light. A southbound 2023 Honda CBR then struck the front of the SUV.
The impact threw the motorcyclist more than 35 feet. He sustained severe head trauma and was taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, where he remained in critical but stable condition.
The Kia driver was not injured. The Edison Police Serious Crash Investigation Team continues to investigate the wreck.
