Jersey City, NJ – Several Hurt in Collision at NJ-440 & Communipaw Ave
Jersey City, NJ (June 17, 2025) – There were multiple injuries reported after a car accident in Jersey City on Sunday, June 15. The accident took place on NJ-440 near Communipaw Avenue early that morning at around 3:10 a.m. Three or more vehicles reportedly collided at the scene.
Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to the scene, where they found multiple vehicles. Four people were reportedly hurt, with one listed in critical condition. The injured parties were transported to a local hospital by ambulance for treatment. The circumstances leading to the crash have not yet been determined. The area was closed while local authorities worked the scene. No further information on the accident has been provided at this time.
