Car Accidents in New Jersey

Every year over 60,000 accidents involving motor vehicles are reported every year in the state of New Jersey. These accidents often send victims to area hospitals, where they have to go through extensive treatment for the injuries that they suffer. Without a doubt, an auto accident can have a profound impact on your life. In most cases, innocent persons are injured as a result of collisions caused by the careless actions of other motorists.

In New Jersey, reports of speeding-related car accidents are made every day. Drivers run the risk of losing control of their cars and colliding with other people when they drive too quickly in congested areas, during inclement weather, and in other dangerous conditions. This conduct may have severe consequences for drivers who are not at fault.

In New Jersey, drunk driving is a significant factor in many car accidents. Drunk drivers are less likely to be able to make responsible decisions while operating a vehicle. As a result, they collide with other vehicles, causing severe injuries.

Finally, distractions are another factor that frequently contributes to car accidents in our state. Drivers are less likely to notice other nearby vehicles if they are not paying attention to the road ahead. As a result, we frequently witness collisions caused by distracted drivers who are eating, switching the radio, or even texting on their phones.
