Personal Injury Attorney Aliza Frey, Esq.

Aliza Frey, Esq., served as a Prosecutor in northern NH for nearly seven years, prosecuting hundreds of violations and misdemeanors, juvenile-related matters, and felony cases for probable cause hearings and grand jury indictments. She argued at arraignments and bail hearings, drafted legal pleadings on behalf of the State, conducted officer examinations at administrative license suspension hearings, and participated in numerous training courses.

During her time of public service, Aliza graduated from the 251ST Part Time NH Police Academy and was acknowledged for spearheading efforts in establishing a Littleton District Mental Health Court designed to reduce recidivism, save taxpayer money, and keep non-violent offenders out of jail while they undergo mental health treatment in local newspaper, “The Caledonian Record,” Sept. 2010. Additionally, she was recognized and awarded numerous commendations for “Outstanding and Invaluable Service” from the Littleton Police Department. Fun Fact: As part of her experience at the police department, she volunteered to demonstrate the use of a taser gun, on the receiving end.

Prior to serving as a Prosecutor, Aliza served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Albert H. Weeks, Cheshire County Probate Judge in Keene, NH. She assisted drafting orders relating to estate planning, name changes, guardianships, parental rights, adoptions and involuntary commitments. This training later served her well as a family law attorney in both Portsmouth, NH, and Toms River, NJ.

More recently, Aliza practiced in petitioner Workers’ Compensation at the Law Office of Jill Elaine Greene LLC in Avon, NJ; employment law and municipality defense at Jalloh and Jalloh; and insurance defense at Campbell, Foley, Delano and Adams, LLC.

She is committed to being a zealous advocate for her clients and advancing in her field as a dynamic litigator.
