Newark, NJ – Pedestrian Critically Injured on Martin Luther King Blvd
Newark, NJ (October 24, 2024) – Two pedestrians were left with critical injuries after a traffic accident in the Newark area. The crash took place near a high school on Martin Luther King Boulevard early that morning, around 10:30 a.m. Emergency crews were quickly dispatched after being notified of two women who were hit by a motor vehicle.
The injured parties were treated at the scene before being transferred to the University Hospital for the treatment of sustained injuries. Local reports revealed that the collision ended in a vehicle hitting the Arts High School wall. The drivers involved were also hospitalized by ambulance.
