Bridgeport, NJ – Local Man Dies in Hit-&-Run at Barnum Ave & Harriet St

Bridgeport, NJ (January 26, 2025) – On January 25, a local man was killed after a hit-and-run crash in the Bridgeport area. The deadly accident was reported at the intersection of Barnum Avenue and Harriet Street. Emergency crews and police officials were dispatched to the scene of a serious motor vehicle collision.
It was later revealed that a 53-year-old Bridgeport resident was driving a 2000 Saturn when he was hit by someone driving a gray Hyundai Sonata.
