Personal Injury Attorney Christopher Tejeda, Esq.
Christopher focuses his practice exclusively on representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters and is committed to aggressively pursuing justice for individuals harmed by the negligence and misconduct of others.
Christopher earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the Appalachian School of Law, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List.
Christopher began his legal career in private immigration practice, where he represented individuals navigating the complexities of the United States immigration system. He regularly advocated for clients seeking lawful status and citizenship and handled deportation matters involving individuals detained in ICE custody. In that role, he developed strong advocacy skills while protecting the rights of individuals facing life-altering consequences.
He later transitioned into civil litigation, representing insurance carriers and corporate defendants in automobile and general liability matters. Through this work, he gained firsthand insight into how insurers investigate, evaluate, and strategically minimize claims. That experience marked a pivotal shift in his career. Recognizing the imbalance between injured individuals and well-resourced insurance companies, he made the decision to devote his practice exclusively to plaintiff-side advocacy. He now leverages his defense background to position his clients for maximum recovery, ensuring they are neither undervalued nor pressured into accepting inadequate settlements.
Christopher handles a broad range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, slip and fall incidents, and general negligence claims. He approaches every case with a litigation-driven strategy, preparing matters with the expectation of trial to maximize results.
He approaches each matter with a disciplined, results-driven focus and does not hesitate to move cases forward when defendants or insurers fail to engage in meaningful resolution. He recognizes that personal injury litigation carries real consequences for his clients’ health, financial stability, and future, and he litigates each case with that reality in mind.
Christopher remains committed to holding negligent parties accountable and securing full and fair compensation for every client he represents.
