Washington Twp, NJ – Man Dies in Hit-&-Run on Fries Mill Rd
Washington Twp, NJ (November 7, 2024) – On Monday, November 4, a man was killed after a hit-and-run accident in Washington Township. The deadly accident took place on Fries Mill Road between Riggins Gas Station and Watson Drive late that night around 8 p.m. Local reports revealed that the victim was traveling on foot when they were hit by an unknown vehicle.
The at-fault driver fled the scene without providing aid to the injured party. Emergency crews were quickly dispatched after being notified of a man lying on the roadway. Despite life-saving measures, the victim suffered fatal injuries. He was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
