Car Accidents in New Jersey

Every day, hundreds of accidents take place in the state of New Jersey. Many of these accidents leave victims with debilitating injuries that affect their lives forever. The unfortunate truth is that we see thousands of people annually forced to the overwhelming consequences as a result of drivers who are reckless and negligent.

Many accidents take place in our state as a result of drivers who fail to maintain a single lane of travel. When drivers drift into other lanes and crash into other vehicles, they can cause serious injuries to innocent parties.

Unfortunately, head-on accidents can take place for a variety of reasons. One of the most common causes of these accidents is drivers who are distracted. When drivers are texting on their phones or busy talking to others, they are likely to take their attention off the road injured. Another common cause of these accidents is impairment. When drivers are under the influence, they are likely to lack the ability to make a responsible judgment while behind the wheel. Finally, speeding motorists contribute to a significant number of head-on collisions in our state. Drivers who are traveling too fast for road conditions are likely to lose control of their vehicles and crash into others.
