Voorhes Twp, NJ – Injuries In Fatal Head-On Crash On Haddonfield-Berlin Rd

Voorhes Twp, NJ (March 25, 2024) – On Friday, March 22, one person was killed and another was injured following a head-on crash in the area of Voorhes Township. The deadly accident took place on Haddonfield-Berlin Road near Lafayette Avenue late that night at around 10:08 p.m. Local reports revealed that a 22-year-old Berlin resident was driving a Honda when he collided with a Chevrolet SUV driven by a 41-year-old Voorhes resident.

After the initial impact, the Berlin driver veered into oncoming traffic where they crashed head-on with a Lexus SUV driven by a 53-year-old Atco resident. The Berlin resident suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Atco resident was transported to Virtua Hospital for treatment of sustained injuries. No other injuries were reported in the collision. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is being handled by local law enforcement officials.
