Trenton, NJ – Trike Crash on MLK Blvd near Cavell St Ends in Injuries

Trenton, NJ (May 9, 2023) – Two people were transported to area hospitals with significant injuries following a car crash on Saturday morning, May 6.

The accident was reported around 10:10 a.m.

Reports from authorities show that two trike-style motorcycles collided with each other on MLK Boulevard in the area near Cabell Street. The incident blocks multiple lanes of the road, causing severe delays in the area.

The Trenton Fire Department, Trenton Police Department, Capitol Health paramedics, and Trenton EMS TEMS all responded to the scene to provide assistance.

Two people suffered severe injuries as a result of the crash. One victim was provided transportation by EMS to the Trauma Center at Capital Health Regional Medical Center. The second victim was transported to Capital Health for emergency treatment.

The Trenton Police Department is currently investigating the crash.
