Totowa, NJ – Injuries In Deadly Motorcycle Crash At US-46 & Union Blvd

Totowa, NJ (March 16, 2024) – Two 19-year-olds were struck while riding a motorcycle in the Totowa area on Wednesday, March 13, leaving one with fatality injuries. The deadly crash occurred at the intersection of US-46 and Union Boulevard that afternoon at around 2 p.m. The two riders were operating a 2008 Yamaha R6 motorcycle when they collided with a 2014 Acura MDX operated by a 22-year-old man.

Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to the scene. The injured teens were transported to Saint Josephs University Medical Center in Paterson for treatment of sustained injuries. The operator of the bike was later pronounced dead. No one traveling in the Acura was hurt in the crash. No further information on the fatal motorcycle crash is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
