Toms River, NJ – Injuries Reported in Washington St Crash near Advanced Auto

Toms River, NJ (April 29, 2023) – At least one person suffered injuries as a result of a motor vehicle collision that took place on Friday evening in Toms River.

The Toms River Police Department and firefighters were called to the scene of a crash at approximately 8:00 p.m. on April 28.

Reports show the vehicles collided in the area of 1117 Washington Street. Authorities arrived at the scene and shut down a portion of the roadway near the Advanced Auto parts store.

Medics were called to the site of the accident to provide care to the victims who were left with injuries. At least one of the people involved in the motor vehicle collision was transported to a nearby hospital, where they underwent further care for the injuries they suffered.
