Toms River, NJ – Bicyclist Injured in Car Crash at Bey Lea Rd & Old Freehold Rd

Toms River, NJ (March 27, 2023) – A bicyclist was left injured as a result of a car crash that took place in the toms River area on Monday evening, March 27.

At around 4:10 p.m., the Toms River Police Department and local firefighters were called to provide assistance on-site at a car crash that took place on Bey Lea Road.

Reports provided by the police show that a bicyclist was struck by a vehicle on Bey Lea Road near Old Freehold Road. The bicyclist suffered injuries due to the accident.

Emergency medical services responded to the scene to provide care. The bicyclist was then transported to a nearby medical facility, where they underwent treatment.

The Toms River Police Department is investigating the accident.
