Auto Accidents in New Jersey

Every year in the state of New Jersey, countless innocent individuals are left injured as a result of car crashes. These accidents often stem from the negligent and reckless behavior of drivers on the road.

One of the most prevalent factors contributing to crashes is impaired driving. Drivers under the influence often fail to observe crucial traffic signals and signs, leading to collisions at intersections and erratic lane maneuvers.

Distractions also play a significant role in car accidents statewide. With the rise of cellphone use, we witness a disturbing increase in drivers talking or texting while behind the wheel. Such acts of inattention take their focus from the road, resulting in severe accidents.

Reckless lane changes, failure to yield the right of way, and running stop signs at intersections are other common causes of car crashes we frequently encounter in our state.

Unfortunately, no matter how cautious you may be, it is impossible to prevent accidents entirely when other motorists act carelessly and recklessly. There is always a chance of encountering a driver whose actions may cause harm.
