North Bergen, NJ – Motorcycle Crash on Granton Ave near Liberty Ave Takes Life of Joshua Huayamave
North Bergen, NJ (May 7, 2023) – The North Bergen Police Department confirmed that 23-year-old Joshua Huayamave died as a result of injuries he suffered in a fatal motorcycle accident on Friday evening.
At approximately 9:00 p.m. on May 5, the North Bergen Police Department was notified that a crash took place on Granton Avenue.
Reports show that a motorcyclist was struck by a vehicle on Granton Avenue at the intersection of Liberty Avenue. A male was located with significant injuries a few blocks from the scene.
The male, identified as Huayamave, was operating the motorcycle at the time of the accident. He was transported to Palisades Medical Center by ambulance, where he passed away from his injuries.
The North Bergen Police Department and the Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit are currently investigating the crash.
