Mt Arlington, NJ – Major Accident, Injuries Reported on I-80 near Exit 30

Mt Arlington, NJ (March 8, 2023) – At 3:15 p.m. on March 7, police officials and firefighters responded to the scene of a car crash that took place in the Mount Arlington area and ended in injuries.

According to authorities, a collision between vehicles blocked the eastbound side of Interstate 80 during the afternoon hours. The incident prompted officials to shut down all of the travel lanes in the area of Exit 30 as they provided assistance at the scene.

Emergency crews remained at the scene extensively as they worked to remove the damaged vehicles and debris from the road.

Injuries were reported as a result of this accident. As soon as the call came in, paramedics rushed to the location of the accident to assist the injured people. The patients who required additional medical attention were subsequently taken to one of the nearby hospitals.
