DUI Crashes in New Jersey

Driving while intoxicated is one of the most reckless things we can do. In New Jersey, statistics show that nearly 28 percent of fatal weekend crashes involve an intoxicated motorist, compared to just 15 percent of weekday deadly accidents. Nearly 20 percent of traffic deaths in the state involve a motorist with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or greater with one death taking place evey 48 minutes on average. Drivers who get behind the wheel after having one drink too many are an active threat to everyone on the road, and they should be held responsible in the event of a serious collision.

You do not want to leave your recovery to chance if you or someone close to you is seriously hurt in a car accident. Reckless drivers should be held responsible for their actions.
