Lakewood, NJ – Four Hurt in Plane Crash at Lakewood Twp Municipal Airport

Lakewood, NJ (December 20, 2024) – Four people were injured after an aviation accident in the Lakewood area on Thursday, December 19. The accident took place near the Lakewood Township Municipal Airport in Ocean County that afternoon. At this time, the events leading to the incident have not been determined. 

The damaged plane was shown not far from the runway. Emergency crews were dispatched to provide aid to the involved parties. Four people involved were injured and transported by ambulance to local hospitals for treatment. No updates on the conditions of the involved parties have been provided.
