We hope James Russen, Wendy Mitchell, and Sharonda Ashworth recover quickly.
Car Accidents in New Jersey
Each year, car accidents in New Jersey result in tens of thousands of individuals being hospitalized with injuries. Sadly, many innocent victims suffer harm due to negligence, including impaired driving, distractions behind the wheel, and driver fatigue.
If you have been injured in a crash caused by someone else’s negligence, you may have legal options. In New Jersey, personal injury lawsuits operate under a no-fault system, where the driver’s own insurance provider covers some damages resulting from the accident.
However, to seek full compensation for the remaining damages, filing a personal injury lawsuit is necessary. In New Jersey, awards are determined based on comparative negligence, meaning the compensation amount is reduced by the percentage of fault assigned to each party. This can be complex, highlighting the critical importance of consulting with a car accident lawyer in New Jersey to navigate the process effectively.
