Flemington, NJ – Pedestrian Dies in Crash on CR 513

Flemington, NJ (November 28, 2024) – On Wednesday, November 27, a pedestrian was killed after a traffic accident in the Flemington area. The deadly crash took place on County Road 513 that afternoon around 12:10 p.m. Local reports revealed that 75-year-old Robert Bork was traveling on foot when he was hit by a southbound vehicle on the roadway. 

Emergency responders were rushed to the scene to provide the necessary medical aid. Bork was transported by helicopter to Morristown Medical Center for the treatment of critical injuries. He was later pronounced dead. Bork was reportedly serving as a crossing guard at the High Bridge Police Department at the time of the accident. No further information on the deadly crash is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
