Car Accidents in New Jersey
Every year, countless drivers and passengers in the state of New Jersey endure the life-altering consequences of car accidents. Regrettably, many of these accidents involve innocent individuals who suffer harm due to the negligence of others.
One of the most common causes of car crashes in New Jersey is speeding. When drivers exceed the appropriate speed limits for road and weather conditions, they jeopardize their ability to maintain control, thus increasing the likelihood of colliding with other vehicles and causing severe injuries.
Impairment is another leading factor contributing to car accidents in our state. Intoxicated drivers exhibit impaired judgment and decision-making skills, making them a significant risk on the road. Their actions often result in collisions with other vehicles, leading to serious injuries.
Additionally, distractions play a prominent role in auto collisions across New Jersey. Drivers who take their attention from the road, whether by texting, adjusting the radio, or eating, are more prone to not notice nearby vehicles. Consequently, we witness numerous accidents caused by these distracted drivers.
