Elizabeth, NJ – Injuries Reported in Collision on Meadow St
Elizabeth, NJ (April 30, 2023) – On April 29, the Elizabeth Police Department and local firefighters responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident during the evening hours, which resulted in injuries.
At approximately 6:30 p.m., the police were notified that vehicles collided in the area of 819 Meadow Street. The incident blocks multiple lanes of the road, causing severe delays in traffic.
Firefighters and area police officers responded to the scene to remove the damage to vehicles.
Medics were called to care for the parties who suffered injuries as a result of the crash. At least one victim was transported to an area hospital, where they underwent further care.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
