Clifton, NJ – Fiery Multi-Vehicle Wreck on Route 3 near NJ-21 Ends in Injuries
Clifton, NJ (April 28, 2023) – At least one person was injured as a result of an automobile accident that took place in the Clifton area on Wednesday afternoon.
At approximately 2:00 p.m. on April 26, the police and firefighters responded to the scene of a crash that occurred on Route 3.
Reports from authorities show that a gray SUV, a gray sedan, and a third vehicle collided on Route 3 in the area near the ramp to New Jersey Route 21. The impact of the crash caused to of the vehicles to burst into flames.
Firefighters responded to the scene to extricate the victims. Police and firefighters remained at the scene for about an hour as they worked to clear the road.
Injured parties were treated at the scene and transported to local hospitals for further medical care.
