Bass River, NJ (April 23, 2023) – The police and firefighters responded to the scene of a crash that took place on Saturday morning in Bass River and ended in injuries.

At approximately 10:00 a.m. on April 22, emergency officials were notified of a crash that took place on the Garden State Parkway.

Reports show that vehicles collided on the roadway during the morning hours. The incident blocked the southbound side of the road near the New Gretna Toll Plaza. The impact of the crash caused one vehicle to overturn.

The incident blocked two right lanes on the road, causing delays throughout the area. Medics responded to the scene to care for victims who suffered injuries. Those who required further medical attention were transported to local hospitals.
