Atlantic City, NJ – Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle on Route 322 near Winchester Ave
Atlantic City, NJ (July 15, 2023) – A pedestrian sustained injuries as a result of an automobile accident that occurred in the Atlantic City area on Wednesday morning, July 12.
At around 9:26 a.m., a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle while walking on Route 322 near Winchester Avenue. The Atlantic City Police Department and firefighters were notified that they were needed to provide help at the scene. Upon arriving at the crash site, emergency personnel immediately shut down the road.
The pedestrian was treated at the scene briefly by medical personnel before being transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, for emergency treatment.
The Atlantic City Police Department is currently investigating.
