Vineland, NJ – Woman Dies in Crash at Sherman Ave & Hance Br Rd

Vineland, NJ (September 29, 2024) – On Saturday, September 28, a woman was killed after a single-vehicle crash in the Vineland area. The deadly accident took place at the intersection of Sherman Avenue and Hance Bridge Road early that morning around 12:35 a.m. Local reports revealed that a 52-year-old Vineland man was driving a car on Sherman Avenue when he veered off the road into a wooded area and hit a tree. 

The man was driving a Nissan Pathfinder when he crashed for unknown reasons. Emergency crews were rushed to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties. A 37-year-old woman traveling in the vehicle suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver survived the impact and was transported to Cooper Hospital for the treatment of sustained injuries. No further information on the accident is currently available. Nonetheless, an ongoing investigation into the cause of the deadly crash is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
