Head-on Collisions in New Jersey
Any kind of accident can be a traumatic event, but head-on accidents are especially bad. These collisions are thought to be the cause of 10 percent of all road deaths each year, even though they only make up less than two percent of recorded accidents in the United States. Head-on impacts are usually caused by careless drivers who turn into oncoming traffic, but they can also be caused by inclement roadway conditions. If you or someone close to you is hurt in a head-on accident, you may be able to get back lost compensation if you work with a skilled personal injury lawyer.
