Teaneck, NJ – Pedestrian Causes Pileup Injury Crash On NJ-4

Teaneck, NJ (April 7, 2024) – There were reported injuries after a multi-vehicle crash in the Teaneck area on Saturday, April 6. The collision occurred on NJ-4 early that morning around 9:47 a.m. Local reports indicated that six vehicles collided at the scene.

The crash occurred as a woman attempted to cross the highway. The six drivers crashed into each other as they tried to avoid hitting the pedestrian. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene to render aid to the involved parties. The pedestrian was removed from the scene by attending authorities.

One vehicle occupant was taken by Bergen Hatzalah to Hackensack University Medical Center for treatment of sustained injuries.
